Armig brings a perspective that is genuinely rare in plaintiff-side employment law. She has litigated complex cases as a managing partner at a prominent plaintiff-side firm — and before that, she represented employers as an associate at one of the largest employment defense firms in the nation.
She knows how employers think, how defense counsel operates, and exactly where cases are won and lost. That dual experience translates directly into stronger strategy for every client we represent.
